Gone Rural is a non-profit organisation in Swaziland that was established in the 1970's to empower and economically uplift rural women by utilising their traditional craft skills to develop products that could be sold. Gone Rural now supports supports over 700 women in the production of handwoven grass and ceramic products.
Gone Rural is a member of the World Fair Trade Organisation (previously IFAT)
