This 'Quiet Book' looks like a bag but unzip it to reveal loads of brightly coloured activities that are fun and educational - each page has something to do, move, feel, or detach.

The Fatima Self Help Centre is based in Bangkok, Thailand and was established by the Sisters of the Good Shepherd. The Centre has been providing skills training and employment to women for over 25 years and also provides a day care centre for their children.
