The Challenge
Participants face barriers to employment, including limited familiarity with Australian workplace expectations, employment processes and access to professional networks.
Our Approach
Sankofa delivers practical employment-readiness workshops covering workplace rights, communication, job applications, financial literacy and career planning.
The Outcomes
Participants develop the confidence, knowledge and practical skills needed to pursue employment, work experience and further training.
Where possible, Sankofa supports connections to employers and pathways into meaningful work.
